We provide Breakdown Services and Preventive Maintenance for all the products we Install for our customers and provide Warranty and AMC services. We not only provide service, but also replace spares using our strong Supply Chain Network and PAN India presence of engineers. Our reach is to more than 45,000 customer sites, providing services for more than a Hundred Thousand devices. We manage hundreds of calls daily. All Customer calls are monitored till closed and the team uses technology and MIS to deliver efficient customer service.
